Terms and conditions of using and buying articles advertised and supplied to you on this website.
The following are terms and conditions of a legal agreement between you and MW Jewellery and its affiliates(collectively, ‘MW Jewellery’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or our).
By using the MW Jewellery website, you acknowledge to have read, understood and agree to be bound by these “Terms and Conditions” and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these “Terms and Conditions”, you should not use the MW Jewellery site.
You must be over eighteen years of age to use this site.
We shall not be liable for any breach of these terms and conditions cause by circumstances beyond our control.
Product information
MW Jewellery products has a one year limited warranty against defects and workmanship. Any damage from unreasonable use will not be covered by the warranty. Any work done on a MW Jewellery product by an outside jeweller will void any warranty. MW Jewellery does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to items used in relation to a MW Jewellery product.
Payment
We accept payment online by Visa, MasterCard, American Express. Payments are powered by Stripe. VAT is charged at the current rate in the Republic of Ireland, which is currently 23%.
Photographs
All photographs on this website are under copyright and may not be used without permission from MW Jewellery.
Shipping
We ship goods using registered post, this service must be signed for on delivery and is included in the price of your purchase. Although we can provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
For orders outside of the republic of Ireland, MW Jewellery cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.
All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient's telephone number.
We can offer an alternative courier service that provides tracking and insurance at an additional cost. This can be arranged by contacting us at hello@miriamwade.ie
Returns and Refunds
Due to health concerns no refunds, returns or exchanges can be made on earrings. All other items are eligible for return and refund with prior approval from MW Jewellery. Please request your return/refund within 14 days of receipt and provide your reason for return. Refund will be issued for merchandise only. Postage or carrier costs will not be covered. Products must be in a unused, re-sellable condition. Products that are not in the same condition as sent will not be refunded. Return of the item, in its original packaging and condition, must be via registered post with tracking. If a Customer of The Republic of Ireland returns can be sent by registered post with tracking and with the minimum insurance value, currently €320. MW Jewellery needs to be provided with the tracking number. Once the item is received, your refund will be issued via Stripe within 72 hours of receipt.
Faulty goods maybe be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement.
This returns policy is in accordance with The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC).
Warranty
Your piece of jewellery comes with one year warranty from date of purchase. Any repairs that fall within this warranty are free.
If an item is damaged and needs repair after the warranty has expired, their will be a cost for the repair work on the piece of jewellery. This will be discussed between the customer and MW Jewellery.
Privacy
We do not sell, rent or license your personal data to third parties.

Law
These conditions, and all acts of MW Jewellery, its Directors and Employees, shall be governed and construed in every way in accordance with the Laws of the Ireland.

Additional information
I guarantee that all items I sell are designed and created by me in my home studio.
My jewellery pieces are intended for adult use, and should not be worn while swimming or showering as this may cause wearing of the applied finishes. As with all silver pieces, an occasional light buffing with a silver polish cloth is all that is needed to keep a nice lustre.
Custom orders are welcomed. The terms and conditions for these orders will be unique and discussed between the buyer and MW Jewellery. Each piece is handmade. This means that there will be slight variations and a different look to each piece than what is bought on shelf.
